Thank you for shopping at ITPORT. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our refund and return policy.

The following terms apply to any products you have purchased from Us.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation Words whose initial letter is capitalized have definite meanings under the following conditions. The following definitions will have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in the singular or plural.

Definitions For purposes of this Returns and Refunds Policy: The Company (referred to as “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to ITPORT LLC, MIAMI.

Goods means items offered for sale on the Service. Orders mean a request by you to purchase Goods from us.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days without giving any reason to do so. The term to cancel an Order is 7 days from the date on which You received the Merchandise or on which a third party designated by You, other than the carrier, takes possession of the delivered product.

We will refund you no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the Order, and you will not incur any fees for such a refund.

Conditions for Returns
For the Goods to be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

Goods were purchased in the last 7 days
The products are in the original packaging.
The following Goods cannot be returned:

The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized. The supply of Goods that by their nature are not suitable for return, deteriorate rapidly or have passed their expiration date. The supply of Goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and have been unsealed after delivery. The supply of Goods which, after delivery, depending on their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items. We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Only regular priced Goods can be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods for sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to you if applicable law does not allow it.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipping. Therefore, we recommend an insured and traceable mail service. We cannot issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of return delivery received.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you still haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially reflected.

Then contact your bank. Processing time is often required before a refund can be reflected. If you have already done all of the above and still have not received your refund, you can contact us by writing to support@itport.com.ar

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Changes (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to support@itport.com.ar and send your item to: Miami, FL, United States.

Shipment

To return your product, you must mail it to: Miami, FL, United States.

The shipping costs to return your item are at your expense. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your product exchange may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, it is recommended that you use a tracked shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your item back.
